However, it may be possible to alter the product post-ordering dependent upon the type and level of modifications requested and work already completed (additional charges will apply).

What if the trailer is defective? Do you handle the repair work?
TinyHouseTrailersUSA.com is a dealer for multiple manufacturers. We do not offer a warranty directly; however, we only work with manufacturers who guarantee their workmanship and product quality. This guarantee is reinforced by a warranty and said warranties vary in detail and term length by each manufacturer.

You will be provided with specific warranty information once you have received your trailer. In the off-chance you find a defect with your trailer, your point of contact is the manufacturer directly. Tiny House Trailers USA is not subject in in any way to any warranty claims.

Should you require assistance contacting your trailer’s manufacturer, we will gladly provide you with the most current contact information we have upon receipt of your email at i.

Shipping is arranged and executed by each specific trailer manufacturer. Upon purchase of a tiny house trailer, Tiny House Trailers USA will arrange a mutually convenient delivery date to the buyer’s location. However, the buyer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer directly should a reschedule become necessary and/or issues arise from the original delivery date. 

Lastly, if the buyer so desires, Tiny House Trailers USA can also arrange for the pickup of the purchased trailer directly from the manufacturer.
